I offer yoga as a space to come home to yourself. A space to slow down and be with yourself, reflect, and heal. My style blends intuitive movement, breathwork, meditation, and subtle body awareness. I aim to teach from a place of presence and spiritual attunement.

As a queer and non-binary teacher, I use my lived experience to create a safe space for all kinds of people to enjoy yoga.
